※ The amounts stated above include a 10% consumption tax.
※ You may be required to pay additional translation fees.
※ In addition to the above, there may be additional fees for certain events.
※ The tuition and other fees listed above are for students starting in April 2025 and October 2025, and may be
subject to change thereafter.
※ As the insurance and medical examination costs is outsourced to an external company, the fees may be adjusted if
the external company changes the amount.
※ Tuition fees can be paid either for 6 months or 1 year.
※ If you choose to pay the full tuition for the relevant course in a lump sum, a special lump-sum payment discount
is available. Please check the details of the special lump-sum payment discount separately.
※ Textbook fees may be charged separately if there are changes in the required materials or publisher prices.
※ Additional fees may apply for external exams, which will be the responsibility of the individual.

Tuition refund policy
(Conform to Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education guidelines)

・For the case of not coming to Japan due to not applying for visa even Certificate of Eligibility is granted.

(In case an applicant does not attend online classes)

Conditions: Return Admission permit and Certificate of Eligibility

Refund: Refund all tuition paid except Enrollment fee

・For the case of not able to come to Japan due to immigration visa being not granted from diplomatic establishment abroad.

(In case an applicant does not attend online classes)

Conditions: Return Admission permit and submit document to certify the reason of not being granted     at diplomatic establishment abroad.

Refund: Refund all tuition paid except Enrollment fee.

・For the case of declining admission before coming to japan even the visa is granted already.

(In case an applicant does not attend online classes)

Conditions: Return Admission permit and being able to confirm the visa is expired without using

Refund: Refund all tuition paid except Enrollment fee

・For the case of no admission or leave our school within the first 6 months after coming to Japan ※1

Refund: No refund of all tuition paid.

・For the case of the student has been enrolled in our school more than 6 months but leave our school for justifiable reasons after coming to Japan with visa granted.

Conditions：Without the first 6 months form admission, the student submits a notice of withdrawal form school※2 until the end of each semester, also get the permission of withdrawal form school principal and being admitted to apply to refund. (Ex: Student needs to go back to home country due to illness or injury / being judged that the student would have a bad influence on other students if continuously being enrolled in school / etc.)

Refund:    Refund the remainder of tuition of the next semester and after by semester (3 months) except the Enrollment fee and other paid tuitions after confirmation of returning to home country

・For the case of the student leave our school without justifiable reasons after coming to Japan with visa granted

（Ex： The status of residence has been changed due to transfer to another school, further education, marriage / received expulsion due to violation of law or school regulation)

Refund: No refund of all tuition paid in principle

・For the case of student is not able to update the period of stay (not granted from Immigration) after coming to Japan with visa granted

Refund: No refund of all tuition paid

・For the case of cancellation of class due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disaster, accident, infection.

Refund: No refund of all tuition paid due to exemption of responsibility

※　  Entry examination fee is not refunded for any reasons.

※　　If students attend our curriculum including online classes, it is regarded as they are enrolled and

registered in our school, and other regulations will be applied even if they have not entered Japan, obtained VISA or under any circumstances. Therefore, facility fees and activity fees will not be refunded as well even if the students have not entered Japan. (We are considering to bear these expenses with COVID-19 special scholarship, so we ask for your kind understanding.)

※　  Remittance fee is paid by applicants.

※　  Field trip is carried out as a part of the course, therefore, activities fee is not refund if students

does not participate due to personal reason.

※1　 The refund of tuition and courses fee is not processible when student leave school within 6 months since

beginning of semester.

※2　 It is applicable only when the notice of withdrawal form school is submitted and accepted before the end

of semester. (Without submission of the notice of withdrawal form school, the refund is not processible

for any reasons.)

About Scholarship

Besides 2 year curriculum and 1.6 year curriculum, we also offer scholarship for students with high level of Japanese ability.
