Courses Enrollment period
Advancement 2 years course 2 years (From April)
Advancement 1.5 years course 1.5 years (From October)

Enrollment Qualifications (When entering our school with student visa)

  • Graduated from high school or equivalent to high school.
  • Completed 12 years education or equivalent level of education.
  • Has sincerity and highly motivated to study Japanese.
  • Has Japanese ability equivalent to or higher thanJLPT 5 level (NAT TEST 5 level)

※If you are not able to certify the exam certifications, in principle, it is required to achieve approximately 400~500 hours of Japanese study time  (at least over 150 hours of Japanese study time )

  • Has ability to prepare the expenses to live in Japan or has a reliable supporter or guarantor who can

pay expenses instead of the student himself/herself since come to Japan.

  • Has been granted or is expected to be allowed to enter Japan through legitimate procedures.

Application Documents

Precautions

  • Application documents need to be filled with handwriting by the student or the financial supporter. Please make sure that there are no omissions.
  • Any corrections or using of correction liquid are prohibited. If there is an error, it needs to be rewritten with a new paper.
  • Regarding the documents written in non-Japanese, please attach the Japanese translation, and sign the name of translator on the document or certificate of translation.
  • Application documents may be changed depending on the nationality of applicants.
  • You may be required to submit additional documents if needed.

You are advised to take the exam (1) and (2) and submit the certificate.

Note 1 ① For Vietnamese,
It is required to submit the “Certificate issued by VN-NARIC” as certificate of graduation
② For non-Vietnamese, please inform the contact information of issuance organization according to official evidence (Telephone registration office or website) as much as possible.
Note 2 ◆Regarding certification of education history◆<

For Chinese, please carry out below certification.
A.University graduates
(1) Verification of certificate of graduation (Issued by CDGDC)

B.Regular high school graduates (Issued by CDGDC)
(1) Transcript of university entrance examination(高考)
(2) Certificate of passing high school examination (会考)
(3) Transcript of high school examination (会考)
Regarding above A and B, please make sure that certification issues from certification organization to school directly, but not issues to applicant and to school.

Note 3 In principle, the passing certificate and transcript are required.
Copy of exam admission and hard-copy of website screen related to exam result may not be approved as proof document of Japanese ability.
If the exam result is not released yet as application or apply for visa, please immediately submit the exam admission (receipt).
Note 4 ※Regarding certificate of Japanese study, please submit the documents to certify the address and contact of education organization, specific study period, study hours per week, study hours per day, closed days of school including holiday (specific date in school close at holiday), already studied hours, dates, attendance percentage and date.
※For the case of online education, please provide detail information about the education method. There is a possibility that it may not be approved as Japanese study hours.

Documents of Financial Supporter

Required documents will differ depending on each financial supporter.

1.Required documents in case the student himself, parents, or relatives become the financial supporter (Living abroad)
Letter of guarantee to pay expenses Original copy
Certificate of account balance of financial supporter Original copy
Full time employee: Certificate of employment
Executive of company: Copy of corporate registration etc.
Independent business: Copy of business permit
Information to certify financial supporter (Name, Birth date, gender, address, ID number and so on), Date of being employed, years of employment, company contact.
※For Vietnamese
Please submit document to certify the Business registration number and Taxation code. If you are eligible to be exempted, submit the document to certify legal basis of tax exemption.
※For employee from China, please submit the original and copy of business permit from your company.
※If there is no contact information of issuance organization, please inform the contact information based on the official evidence (Telephone registration office or official website) as much as possible.
Certification of income of financial supporter (Last 3 years) Original copy
Document to certify income or amount of salary
Certificate of taxation (Last 3 years) Original copy
Document to certify either income or amount of salary, and amount of tax payment.
※If you are eligible to be exempted, submit the document to certify legal basis of tax exemption such as tax exemption certificate.
Document to certify the relationship between applicant and financial supporter
(If financial supporter is not applicant himself)
Certificate of family relationship, certificate of birth etc.
※If you have family living in Japan, please prepare the copy of residence card, copy of submission documents of application of residence statue, as mush as possible.
Documents to certify the process of asset formation Copy of bank account or withdrawal details
※If you are unable to submit the copy of bank account, please submit the documents to certify the process of asset formation of last three years including amount of income, tax payment, expenses (food cost, utility cost, water fee, tuition, medical fee, social expenses), saving details.
Copy of household registration (Only for Chinese) For all family members
